Frequently Asked Questions

 What is a payday loan?

A payday loan is a short term personal loan that is repaid with a preauthorized electronic withdrawal for your checking account on your next payday.

 What if I have poor credit?

We often loan to people who have had past credit problems. If you have any questions about your eligibility for a payday loan please feel free to contact us, refer to our How It Works Page, or complete a Membership Application by clicking here. After receiving membership approval there is no obligation to receive a payday loan advance.

 How do I receive the cash, and how do I repay the loan?

When you request a payday loan, you authorize Quik Payday to:

 Directly deposit $100, $200, $300, $400*, or $500* into your checking account.

Directly Withdrawal $120, $240, $360, $480, $600 on your next payday. Please see our Fee Schedule for more information.

* Preferred members only – To become a preferred member you must complete 2 successful loans. Once you are a preferred member you can loan up to 30 percent of your income not to exceed $500.

 How will I know that you will only withdraw what I owe on the loan?

We have no legal right to withdraw more from your account than you authorize in the loan agreement.

 How long does it take to be approved?

After receiving your Membership Application a Customer Service Representative will contact you within the next business day. It usually takes less than a day for approval after we have received all your information.

 How soon can I receive a cash advance?

What if I request it on Friday or a weekend?

A loan approved on Monday through Thursday before 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time (5:00 p.m. Eastern Time, 4:00 p.m. Central Time, 2:00 p.m. Pacific Time) is usually deposited in your account on the following day. A loan approved after 3:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Thursday, or at any time on Friday will usually be deposited in your account on the following Monday. A loan approved on a Saturday or Sunday will usually be deposited in your account on the following Tuesday. A deposit may be delayed or not immediately available for withdrawal by your bank, so you should always verify that the deposit has arrived and is available for withdrawal before writing any checks on that deposit.

Is my loan confidential?

We do not disclose information about you or your loan except in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 How does an extension work?

An extension request must be received by 3 O’clock Mountain Time the business day before your loan is due. We may approve an extension until your next payday up to a maximum of 18 days. The fee for extending your loan is an additional $20 per $100 borrowed and is debited on the original due date.

 What if I can't pay the loan on the due date?

You may request an extension or contact us immediately. If we do not receive an extension or here from you by 3 O’Clock Mountain Time the business day before your loan is due your payment will be considered late and your loan in default.

 Can I request another loan when I already have one loan outstanding?

You can only have one loan outstanding with us. All prior loans must be paid in full before we will approve a new loan.
